Pan Grilled Scallops and Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients for Spinach:

  • Fresh Spinach
  • 1 small minced garlic glove per 6 ounces
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle after quick saute

Ingredients for Scallops (marinate):

  • Peanut oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Coarse or fresh ground black pepper
  • Ponzu sauce
