Looking for a Great Black Mexican Mole Sauce Recipe

I decided that this year, my two things that I MUST learn how to make are Seafood Gumbo and Oaxacan Mole Negro. Not together in the same meal though!

An interesting Oaxacan Black Mole Negro Recipe I may try. I’ve had Mole only a handful of times. I know so little about it that I don’t know how to pick a good Mole recipe. Hope this one will be good and adventurous.
