Everyone knows that whole grains are better for you. I usually find that whole grains actually taste way better and that quick and instant versions taste like paper in comparison.
One thing im looking to explore more is pre-soaking grains to reduce or eliminate cooking time. The links below have info about how to soak steel cut oats overnight. Im planning to experiment.
Also, the second link has some good ideas for recipes made with whole grains. Saffron shrimp with quinoa sounds amazing and so does buckwheat blueberry waffles or pancakes. Yum!
