Cooking Greens Tip

Cooked a recent pot of collard greens and discovered something interesting. I started cooking the greens using six grocery store bunches. Once i started cooking them I realized it wasn’t enough greens. So I went to the store and bought a big bag of pre-cut collards. Once cooked in, the precut greens were tougher and had WAY less flavor than the greens that i picked off the stems.
